INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS
At selected events JPAG offers facilities to exhibitors to showcase their products and services for a modest fee. To register your interest scroll down to the form below.
Several levels of exhibitor support are available, from £700 to £2000 (no VAT is payable).
BRONZE exhibitor (£700) offers
• exhibition space in / adjacent to the refreshment area
• complimentary registration for ONE company representative to attend the event, including lectures
• acknowledgement of your support
SILVER exhibitor (£850) offers
• exhibition space in / adjacent to the refreshment area
• complimentary registration for TWO company representatives to attend the event, including lectures
• acknowledgement of your support
GOLD exhibitor (£1200) offers
• exhibition space in / adjacent to the refreshment area
• complimentary registration for TWO company representatives to attend the event, including lectures
• complimentary single leaflet (upto an A4 size paper) added to the Delegate folder that is given to all delegates.
• acknowledgement of your support and COMPANY LOGO on the programme
PLATINUM exhibitor (£2,000) is available for some selected prestige events.
The exhibition space provided is a covered table 6' x 2' with access to 13-amp power supply and limited space for a small pop-up display. We do not use a shell system.
The number of places available is limited and these are offered on a first-come first-served basis.
LEAFLET INSERTS
We offer a service to add your leaflets to the Delegate folder that is given to all delegates.
This is offered at a low charge of £300 (or £150 if also registering a delegate).
First, you should send us some details and we will contact you to let you know if there are spaces available.

If you are ready to go ahead and make your registration, here is how to do that on the JPAG website:
1) Go to the MEETINGS page and scroll down the list of events to decide which event you wish to exhibit at
2) Click on DETAILS AND REGISTRATION for the selected event
3) Click on the REGISTER NOW button
4) Select EXHIBITOR for your selected level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) and enter the Access code which we will have supplied to you when you registered your interest in exhibiting
5) Progress the registration through to completion

OUR PRESTIGIOUS LONDON VENUE
Many of our events are very conveniently located in central London, at the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) building at Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1J 0BA.
Piccadilly Circus and Green Park Underground stations are just a few minutes' walk away, and the nearest train stations are Charing Cross (10 minutes' walk), Waterloo, Victoria and Kings Cross/St Pancras (10 minutes by taxi).
